Lillie's at The Junction are more than happy to provide an exchange, refund or credit voucher for FULL PRICE unsuitable purchases within 14 days of placing your order. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY SALE ITEMS.

Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered with tags attached and in original condition and packaging.

If a credit note is issued it will be valid for 12 months, whereby you will be issued an online code to use at our online store or a credit voucher to use in store.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
